MyHealthAlly is a HIPAA-covered entity. This Notice describes how we may use and disclose your protected health information (PHI) and how you can access this information. Please review it carefully.

Important: AI outputs are advisory only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or clinical decisions. All clinical decisions are made by your licensed provider.
AI processing of your PHI is conducted under Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our AI technology providers. Your data is used only to provide services to you — it is never used to train external AI models without your explicit consent.
Video visits conducted through MyHealthAlly are subject to applicable telehealth consent laws. Session content is not recorded without your explicit consent. Telehealth providers are licensed in the jurisdiction where you receive care.
MyHealthAlly uses industry-standard security measures to protect your PHI, including: encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging of all data access, and regular security assessments.
